Permitted Use
CORE Vehicle Hub is for CORE DC company-vehicle recordkeeping only. Do not use it to submit information about personal vehicles or information you are not authorized to share.
SMS / Text Message Program
By providing a mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in, users agree to receive automated operational text messages from CORE Vehicle Hub regarding company vehicles.
Messages may include:
- Registration expiration reminders
- Vehicle inspection reminders
- Maintenance reminders
- Mileage update requests
- Other operational company-vehicle notifications
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment or any purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP; email reminders and vehicle recordkeeping continue regardless. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Accuracy of Information
Users are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, including license plate, mileage, registration, inspection and maintenance details, and for keeping that information current. Reminders are generated from the information provided; inaccurate information may result in missed deadlines.
Reminders Are a Convenience
CORE Vehicle Hub reminders are a convenience and do not replace each user's responsibility to keep an assigned company vehicle registered, inspected, insured and properly maintained.
Privacy
Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of CORE Vehicle Hub after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
