CORE Vehicle Hub is an internal company-vehicle tracking service operated by CORE DC. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Information We Collect
Information submitted to or generated by CORE Vehicle Hub may include:
- Name
- Company
- Email address
- Mobile phone number
- Vehicle information
- License plate information
- Mileage
- Registration information
- Inspection information
- Maintenance information
How We Use Information
This information is used to operate CORE Vehicle Hub, manage company vehicles, maintain compliance records, and provide operational reminders about registration, inspection, maintenance and mileage reporting. It is not used for advertising or marketing.
Mobile Information and SMS Consent
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information is shared with third parties for their own marketing use. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
Service Providers
We use service providers — such as hosting, database and message-delivery vendors — to operate CORE Vehicle Hub. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide CORE Vehicle Hub services, and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.
SMS Messaging Terms
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help.
Data Retention and Security
Vehicle and compliance records are retained for as long as the vehicle is part of the CORE DC fleet and as needed for recordkeeping. Access to records is restricted to authorized CORE DC administrators and, for their own vehicle, the assigned employee.
Your Choices
You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may request correction or removal of your information by contacting your CORE DC vehicle administrator. Email reminders and vehicle recordkeeping continue regardless of SMS preference.
